Day 131: Keep Moving Forward

Focus. Breathe. Concentrate on the present moment.

I’ve had a hard time the last couple of days coming up with something positive to write about. My mind has been all over the place and I’ve been living in both the past and future.

I’ve been mulling over some of the things my ex said to me in the past – mean things. I don’t know why but I guess since I’ve been feeling alone I’ve let my thoughts roam free. It’s time I rein them back in. It’s doing more harm than good.

I’m also sad because I miss someone who’s been there for me throughout all of this and who I haven’t spoken to in some time. Anyway, let’s not dwell on that either.

So, what is something positive that’s happened today?

  • I was able to run/walk 12.5km, which is the most I’ve done yet.
  • I also did my Power Sculpt workout video this morning.
  • I caught up on writing my blog posts (although they were a bit gloomier than I hoped).
  • I’m still moving forward no matter how hard life seems to get.
